Sundance title was founded in July,1998 in Provo, Utah by Connie Dye and Anthony Famulary Attorney at Law.

Connie has been in the title business for 20 plus years. Her commitment to integrity and excellence has earned her respect in the title industry. These commitment’s have been instituted into Sundance Title Insurance Agency, Inc.

Anthony graduated from the Seattle University School of Law. He served fifteen years as an attorney for the United States Air Force JAG, and retired with the rank of Major from the air force reserve. He has served as Chief Judge for two federally recognized Indian Tribes and has extensive experience in civil and criminal matters. He works closely with all parties to resolve problems arising from real estate closing transactions.

Sundance Title has experienced growth and expansion due to our commitment of excellence and after outgrowing the building in Provo, moved to our current location. Sundance Title’s main office is located on the top East side of 532 East 800 North, Orem, Utah.
